LEVEL TWO SNOW EMERGENCY IN EFFEXT STAY OFF ROADWAYS IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.

LEVEL TWO SNOW EMERGENCY will remain in effect until noon. At that time we will go back to a LEVEL ONE until ending at Midnight.

Please refrain from non-essential driving until noon. This afternoon and evening cautious driving is urged as many areas will still be slick.
